The Yukon Beringia Interpretive Centre tells stories that connect science, culture, and First Nations history.
Working with the Department of Tourism and Culture, Bizont helped modernize their website — improving usability, accessibility, and long-term sustainability.
The previous site was built on an outdated version of Drupal and couldn’t support new content or user needs.
Navigation was difficult, updates were time-consuming, and the design no longer reflected the Centre’s visitor experience.
What We Did
We rebuilt the site on Drupal 11, creating a more intuitive structure and refreshed design that’s easier to manage.
The new website highlights exhibits, rentals, and educational resources while giving staff more flexibility to add and update content.
The Result
The Beringia Centre now has a website that’s easier to navigate, more accessible for visitors, and ready to grow with future programs and resources.
Why It Matters
This project reflects Bizont’s approach — helping Northern organizations modernize their digital systems with tools they own and can maintain independently.
