I love working on challenging development projects, where I can solve complex problems. People might not realize that my role is not just about managing tasks. It’s about being direct, having tough conversations when necessary, pushing the team to improve, and making sure we always deliver quality. I don’t just follow instructions; I make sure we do things right.
“Beyond the Deadline” – Because for me, it’s not just about getting things done on time, it’s about pushing for excellence and never settling for less.
I like to start my weekends with a run or a workout. It clears my mind and keeps me strong. Later, I spend time with my family; and I usually go shopping for groceries. For me, weekends are about staying active and being present with the people I love.
I lead digital projects from start to finish—mostly websites and platforms for NGOs and community-focused organizations, making sure everything looks great and works smoothly.
I really enjoy working on projects that make a difference, especially the ones where we get to solve real problems for real people.
A lot of my job is about connecting the dots between design, development, and the client’s vision. I’m kind of like a translator who speaks tech, design, and people.
Spending time with my family and friends, good food, a good movie, and just unwinding together.
