1. Definitions

“Bizont,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Bizont Inc.
“You” means the Subscriber.
“Your” has a corresponding meaning.
“Software” refers to any cloud software provided by us.
“Confidential Information” includes all information shared between the parties, whether in writing, electronically, or verbally, excluding publicly available information.
“Data” includes any information contained within the Software, regardless of type or format.
“Intellectual Property Rights” refers to all intellectual and industrial property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
“Subscriber” refers to the registrant and any entity they represent.
“Website” means the internet site at the designated domain.

2. Your Subscription

Choose your subscription based on your actual needs.
If your subscription is increased, you will receive an email notification.
At the end of your subscription period, you may downgrade to any preferred plan.

3. Your Obligations

To use our Services, you must register and provide your full legal name, business address, phone number, email address, and any other required information. Bizont Inc. reserves the right to reject your application or terminate your existing account at our discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Use the Software and Website only for lawful business purposes and comply with these Terms and any notices from Bizont Inc. If using the Website on behalf of others, ensure you have their authorization. You are responsible for ensuring compliance by all individuals accessing the services through your account.
Your materials may be transferred unencrypted over networks and may be altered to meet technical requirements.
Ensure timely payment of invoices as specified in your subscription plan.

Our Obligations

We will provide access to our Software and Services as described in your subscription plan.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that our services are available without interruption, except during scheduled maintenance or emergencies.
We will notify you of any significant changes to our services or terms.
We will protect your Confidential Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Account Ownership

The owner of the User website is the person or entity listed in Bizont Inc.‘s records.
In case of a dispute over account ownership, we reserve the right to determine the rightful owner at our discretion, potentially suspending the account until resolution. Documentation such as a government-issued ID or business license may be requested.

Roles and Permissions

You can invite others to access your account, assigning them specific roles and permissions.
The Owner is responsible for ensuring that employees and subcontractors comply with the Terms. Violations by them are also the Owner’s responsibility.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidential Information includes all non-public business information. Any information received from Bizont Inc. that is not publicly known is also considered Confidential Information.
By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy. We will notify you within 48 hours of any data breach affecting your personal information and will take appropriate action.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of the Software and related documentation, including all Intellectual Property Rights, belongs to Bizont Inc. or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your Data and grant Bizont Inc. a license to use, copy, transmit, store, and back up your information for service-related purposes.
Bizont Inc. implements best practices to prevent data loss but cannot guarantee it.

Payment

When subscribing, you agree to use a valid payment method. Review all transaction details, as the total price may include taxes.
For E-transfer payments, payment is due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.
We may request advance approval for card payments. Non-payment may result in suspension or late fees.

Service Interruptions

We may temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or emergencies. We are not liable for any resulting damages or losses.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if your use impairs the website or violates these terms.
All subscriptions are for 24 months. If you cancel before the end, an indemnity fee will apply based on the remaining subscription period.
To terminate, please email your Project Manager with a 30-day notice. Penalty fees apply based on when you cancel within the subscription period.

Deliverables

At the end of the subscription period, clients will receive the necessary resources to host their website independently. This is subject to the specific needs of the client’s project.
