Bizont’s team is multi-faceted and distributed across the Yukon, Mexico, Spain, and Ecuador, and juggling a range of projects every day. To stay aligned, on task, accountable, and results driven, we rely on a tech stack that makes our work easier and ensures transparency.
We wanted to share a practical look at the tools that keep us organized, collaborative, and moving quickly. Whether you are part of a growing team or looking to sharpen your own workflow, you might discover something new.
Here is an inside look at the platforms that power our day to day work, grouped by how we use them.
Our everyday virtual meeting space. Nuff said.
The backbone of our external communication. Again, nuff said.
This is where our day moves.
We use Slack for:
It keeps the whole team connected and responsive.
Our shared inbox and one of our favourite productivity boosters. It allows us to:
It’s built in Québec — a nice bonus for supporting Canadian tech.
Our meeting note taker. It captures and sends summaries straight to attendee inboxes, letting us stay present in discussions without losing the details.
This is the core of our operations. One could even call it Bizont’s brain.
It’s flexible, intuitive, and shaped entirely around how we work.
Our design workshop for:
A support tool that helps us ideate, refine, and communicate more clearly. We use it to:
Where Sales manages the entire pipeline:
It’s easy to customize and gives us a clean view of what’s ahead.
Our custom AI-powered RFP assistant.
It helps us:
The trusted platform for payroll, invoicing, accounting, and financial management.
There is sometimes a fear that tech tools, especially AI driven ones, replace person to person interaction or make us lazy. We do not see it that way. For us, these tools amplify our thinking, support our intent, and help us move quickly when we need to. They remove friction, not connection.
At the same time, balance matters. We value communicating directly with one another and with our clients because connection is the heart of what we do. Tools help us work better, but people and relationships are what guide the work.
